The Growth Marketing Specialist at BioCatch will focus on the development and execution of email campaigns in alignment with BioCatch's global Account Based Engagement (ABE/ABM) efforts. Primary duties include utilizing HubSpot to launch email marketing campaigns end-to-end with the goal of nurturing leads towards sales. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our email database, and building audiences for regularly cadenced newsletters providing industry thought leadership. Additionally, you will collaborate across multiple teams to create web pages and maintain updates for existing pages, increasing conversions and enhancing our user journey. 

The ideal candidate for this role understands the importance of persuasive messaging, segmentation, personalization, automation, and can execute testing methodologies that provide our organization with valuable insights on campaign performance and customer data.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage email communication strategies for global team creating and deploying automated or triggered email workflows as well as ad hoc email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Ensure timely execution of email campaigns which involves planning, copy, design, and management of email calendar
  • Partner with product marketing, product, sales, and thought leadership for development of email and web collateral
  • Create strategies to onboard new subscribers via lead magnets, website traffic and re-engage dormant subscribers
  • Develop and execute A/B testing for email and web optimization and a rigorous testing methodology to drive continuous incremental improvements
  • Develop automation workflows and continuously optimizing each step to maximize engagement
  • Identify and create opportunities to leverage data to personalize email campaigns via segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization fields
  • Manage the segmentation and organization of audiences, including recommendations to internal team and clients on how to manage this segmentation
  • Ensure design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly, and follows industry standards
  • Purging non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs to maintain email list hygiene

 

 

 


Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in email marketing/ marketing automation
  • experience with HubSpot- a must
  • Strong project management skills ensuring all deadlines are met and objectives are clearly communicated.
  • Possesses strong intellectual curiosity and motivation to extract deep insights and understanding of Google Analytics and all email marketing KPIs
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Email HTML coding experience, preferable
  • Knowledge of privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc)
  • Excellent understanding of demand generation and how to leverage best practices to achieve quarterly goals
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Experience working with designers regarding design/layouts
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing and executing customer journeys
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment


Salary range: $85,000- $105,000 DOE.
