JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for the development of campaign strategy and utilize Digital Marketing skills to work on full-funnel Equipment campaigns and initiatives; developing, creating, managing, and optimizing digital end-to-end go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth. This position will partner closely with internal and external team members including product category managers, channel managers, analytics, sales, suppliers, agencies, contractors and more to forecast, develop, launch, and track growth marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Digital Marketing, a test-and-learn mindset, and results driven results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and direct high-impact go-to-market strategies that drive incremental revenue
  • Formulate strategic insights from a variety of sources to develop top-, mid-, and bottom-funnel content that engages our audience and drives conversions
  • Partner closely with copywriters and designers to iterate on marketing assets and optimize media to drive conversions in a variety of channels and calls-to-action, including engagement, opens, clicks and form fills
  • Communicate campaign vision to key internal stakeholders including product category managers, channel managers, and marketing leadership as well as external stakeholders such as suppliers and key opinion leaders
  • Manage schedules of all assets, product content and deliverables with corresponding team and channel partners.
  • Provide actionable SEO direction to the content team to execute on, including landing pages, product pages, educational resource centers, YouTube videos, etc.
  • Collaborate with partners to optimize growth components, including but not limited to digital, email, social, display, content, video, organic SEO, PPC, etc.
  • Incorporate a test-and-learn approach to continually instruct and augment the performance of all campaigns
  • Deliver timely, relevant, and straightforward reporting and analysis on campaign KPIs and proactively provide recommendations for adjustments to improve performance of in-flight campaigns as well as future campaigns

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Experience with strategizing and executing digital growth marketing initiatives
  • An understanding the use of content, promotions, and special offers to drive response
  • Skilled in a variety of marketing activities and channels, including social media, display advertising, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, PPC, landing page design, etc.
  • Experience with search technologies and platforms
  • A strong understanding of SEO strategies and the business models of search platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically, 2 to 4 years of related professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically, a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

About the Digital Revenue Team
As a member of the Digital Revenue team, you will be responsible for architecting and managing digital-first strategic initiatives and campaigns that drive incremental revenue. We achieve this by 1) driving website traffic via SEM and SEO, 2) optimizing share-of-wallet and conversions on-site, and 3) building our digital brand with our best-in-class digital content and lead-generation program. You will play a critical role in bringing our Digital Transformation to life.
About Our HealthCare Audiences
As a healthcare distributor in the dental and medical markets, we market a variety of products, including consumables, capital equipment, and practice services. Our dental audience includes dentists, hygienists, dental office personnel, and administrative and C-suite executives in dental support organizations (DSOs). Our medical audience includes physicians, medical professionals, medical office personnel and administrative and C-suite executives who oversee managed health systems. Experience with marketing to these audiences is considered a plus, but is not required, to join our team, as we value diversifying our team with a variety of experiences.
The posted range for this position is $54,000-$94,500 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
