About the role:
The job of the Growth Marketing Manager is to build and manage a high-performing conversion engine for Picket and find effective ways to keep customers engaged and loyal once they're on our platform. Your role will span every part of Picket's business as you help develop, manage, and track cross-channel aquisition and engagement strategies for different products, services, and audience segments within the Picket ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to own performance and lifecycle marketing strategies from ideation through ongoing optimization, and you will keep a keen eye on marketing trends and best practices to recommend ways to augment our approach. With customer obsession at the fore, you will ably position Picket's end-to-end single-family rental investing platform and supporting services (brokerage and property management) for a variety of audiences, from large-scale institutions to aspiring real estate investors to the residents who live in rental homes. Along with planning and executing marketing efforts that drive customer acquisition, onboarding, and engagement across multiple audiences and product types, you will rigorously track campaign performance to continually raise the bar.
Ideally, you'll come well versed in email marketing, SEO, PPC, paid social, web-based conversion optimization, and marketing analytics in both B2B and B2C contexts. A long list, we know; we're looking for breadth of experience over specialization, so long as it comes with the acuity to go deep when and where our fast-evolving business demands.
This role reports to the Head of Growth and requires a minimum of seven years of experience in a performance-focused marketing role.
