In-Home Caregiver Job Description:

Caretech is seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Caregiver to join our team on a part-time basis. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will aid and support seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. Your role will include assisting with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.

In-Home Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding, as necessary
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, vacuuming, and cleaning
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities
• Assist with medication management, as directed by the client's healthcare provider
• Document and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an in-home caregiver, preferably with seniors or individuals with disabilities
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
