UKG is seeking a Group Vice President Sales for our New Logo Midmarket Sales organization covering the west of Mississippi territories.
This role involves leading diverse sales teams responsible for selling UKG’s products and other related services to prospective customers of UKG.
About the team:
The GVP will be responsible for maximizing exceeding annual revenue goals for UKG’s Pro, Dimensions and Ready prospective customers up to 2,500 employees.
Additionally, the GVP will work in a strong spirit of collaboration with their Sales peers and senior leadership across functional leaders at UKG to establish strong partnerships that deliver incredible success for our sales organization.
In alignment with a highly effective sales process, this team will be supported by robust pre-sales and sales operations teams.
This position will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer, New Logo Midmarket Sales.

•Create and foster a customer-first, employee-centric highly engaged culture, leading by example through UKG’s values of United, Kind, and Growing
•Meet and exceed quotas and revenue targets
•Set and execute an aggressive sales execution strategy to generate strong annual revenue growth
•Drive long term success with a focus on building high performing teams through coaching and development to ensure revenue growth year over year
•Establish sales best practices and metrics for the following:
oPipeline growth
oPipeline accuracy and integrity
oAccurate forecasting
oDepth of product and industry knowledge
oStandardized sales strategies and account reviews
• Conduct quarterly operational reviews for each sales team to reinforce best practices
•Present quarterly results on productivity and quota attainment to UKG Executive Committee in addition to other UKG leaders
•Develop and implement go to market strategies for sales
