As a powerhouse in Broadway productions, we are seeking individuals with demonstrated successful sales experience, and an interest/appreciation for Broadway. Candidates with ties to Jewish communities and culture are a plus.

Position Overview:

As a Group Sales & Outreach Specialist, you'll play a crucial role on our team. Beyond the standard responsibilities, this role calls for someone with a proven track record in sales and the ability to shine in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and influencers.
• Drive Group Sales by effectively communicating the unique and captivating experience of our shows.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor outreach strategies to specific demographics.
• Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to meet and exceed Group Sales targets.
• Implement creative initiatives to engage target audiences and boost show attendance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, especially in Group Sales or outreach roles.
• Passion for Broadway.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ties to Jewish communities or culture are a plus.
