We are currently seeking to hire a Group Facilitator.

Duties:
- Facilitate group therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, such as art therapy, dance therapy, and psychopharmacology.
- Provide counseling and support to individuals with special needs, including those with autism and chronic pain.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
- Conduct assessments and collect data to monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists, psychiatrists, and special education teachers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of therapy for special needs populations.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including art therapy, dance therapy, and psychopharmacology.
- Experience working with individuals with special needs, particularly those with autism or chronic pain.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis to monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions.
- Knowledge of coding systems for accurate documentation and billing purposes.
- Understanding of special education principles and practices.
