- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, and email
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products.
- Assist customers with placing orders and answering questions of products.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
```Experience:```
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Previous experience in Customer Service preferred but not necessary
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills (Microsoft, excel, powerpoint)
