KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understands the client’s global strategy, challenges, and the ecosystem (competition and market disruptors)
- Shapes and aligns the client’s global strategy with Capgemini's strategy and portfolio.
- Anticipates market changes; defines & prioritizes solutions or service requirements accordingly.
- Understands client strategy, industry, and ecosystem, including competition & market disruptors, to anticipate market trends.
- Function as a role model for internal colleagues to attract, mobilizes the best talents & acts as a catalyst for the ecosystem
- Utilizes a broad internal network across the Business Units and enlists a large ecosystem of partners. (Subcontractors, partners & advisers) to develop a substantial share of business with the client
- Masters cultural nuances, coaches internal team and clients to understand and manage cultural nuances with global clients.
- Adept at soliciting and collaborating in a win-win spirit with key-dealers when opportunities arise.
- Ensures the correct sales & delivery coverage; respecting our compliancy regulations is in place from across our Lines of Business & orchestrates the different Capgemini components.
- Engage SMEs and technical leaders to provide enhanced experience of our delivery capability. Acts as final operational escalation point for the client.
- Manages key client interactions on critical assignments together with the Delivery Executive.
- Leads the account in a transverse manner by ensuring shared activities to foster multi-tower deals.
- Drive outstanding performance and delivery excellence within Capgemini compliance regulations (anti-corruption / money laundering and competition laws).
- Navigates through the customer's organization and sales processes at all levels to generate potential large deals, by focusing on high potential clients and buying centers.
- Masters and leverages deal making strategies leading to extraordinary success rates by managing complexity and stakeholders throughout the deal making process.
- Masters and leverages Account Based Marketing. Incorporates storytelling by defining complex problems in simple terms to win over the client, win business and build the team.
- Drives the client in their Buying Decisions Journey to solve complex problems and in so doing generate revenue growth.
- Embodies the vision and the global strategy and acts as a role model to attract and engage the best talent in the account. Demonstrates expertise in managing a Diverse team and promoting Diversity initiatives throughout the organization.
- Inspires and leads global teams by nurturing talents with care to build trust and engagement.
- Enables teams to perform & ensure they are in line to meet/surpass established goals/metrics.
- Understands the implications of new market challenges and advise customer on best practices that will create value for both client & Capgemini. Leverages innovation capabilities to develop large-scale deals with strong confidence: proactively (delivery-led innovation) and customized (applied-innovation).
- Represents the entire portfolio for clients to highlight distinctive value propositions.
- Drives revenue, bookings, account margin and cash position to elevate value for both the client and Capgemini.
- Challenges the account to expand & generate revenue beyond contractual engagement (delivery-led sales).
- Leverages the operational and financial model to ensure profitable and sustainable target revenues within the account, across global & multiple deals.
- Leverages Capgemini's offerings to deliver CxO driven transformations and operations.
- Masters data/platforms to drive behaviors of others and change the game for Capgemini.
- Present innovative technologies to clients based on a thorough understanding of present & future needs.
- Masters the use of social media and collateral, using it in the sales approach for excellent client understanding and relationship building.
- Anticipates customer needs and manages major digital transformation & resulting impact(s).
