Here's what you'll do:*
- Perform light maintenance including changing light bulbs, testing smoke and fire alarms, assisting with getting apartments ready for new residents and painting
- Ensure all common areas are cleaned and ready for residents
- Perform seasonal grounds work to ensure the property is clean and well maintained
*
Schedule:*
Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 4:30pm. Mandatory on call for snow events
