Ground Maintenance

Meadow Lakes Golf Course, Cedartown GA is looking to add to the grounds/maintenance crew and is urgently hiring several candidates for the position listed below.

Grounds/Maintenance Crew

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Sets golf courses to include cutting cups, setting tees, repairing greens, raking bunkers, and mowing greens/fairways. Responsible for the daily maintenance around the outside of the clubhouse, restaurant, parking lots and golf course. Performing ongoing landscaping tasks, as well as routine maintenance of all landscaping equipment. Maintains golf course, including bunkers, greens, driving range and tee boxes; mows bunker faces; prunes trees. Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvements of workplace safety and environmental practices. Removal of trash and debris, blowing areas off, sweeping, raking, mulching, moving, trimming, edging, watering and planting material. Operating mowers, trimmer and other landscape equipment. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Essential Job Requirements:

1. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. 2. Must be available to work every other weekend. 3. Required to work in all weather conditions.

Hours: Part Time Schedule

Pay: Based on experience

Location: Meadow Lakes Golf Course, Cedartown GA

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience: Landscape or grounds maintenance experience is preferred, but not
required.
