```Responsibilities```
- Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure that food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is visually appealing
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and on the grill station
- Assist with food preparation and help other kitchen staff as needed
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are running low
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role within the culinary or restaurant industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent knife skills for cutting, chopping, and slicing ingredients
- Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
