At least one year cooking experience required.
Responsibilities include:
-Opening and/or closing shift duties (prep, setting up or breaking down station, etc)
-Cooking gourmet burgers (using the grill and fryer, being able to time items to plate at the same time)
-Understanding temps & proper food handling/preparation
-Be willing to take direction and work well with others with a positive attitude.
-Help make decisions in the kitchen to keep the "flow" moving in an efficient manner
-Must be able to handle a fast paced environment
- Keeping station clean and sanitized while adhering to all proper regulations (in accordance with the Health Department).
-Timely, responsible, reliable
Hourly rate: $22/hr to start
