Grave Staff Youth Residential Treatment

LifeLine for Youth needs incredible people to work our night/grave shifts. As a direct care staff, you'd be working with youth in our adolescent treatment program. Direct care staff work under the direction of our clinical team and provide supervision and the overall health and safety of the students. Our mentors have an opportunity to support youth in their journey and be a positive influence in their lives. Experience with mental health or substance use treatment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.

LifeLine is a treatment center for teens struggling with substance use and mental health challenges. We provide a full continuum of care with Residential Treatment, Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient, and General Outpatient options. As a treatment center for youth, we expect all employees to be good role models for the youth and to live the values we are trying to teach. All employees must be drug, alcohol, and tobacco free and generally engaged healthy activities in their lives.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be 21 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid drivers license

Wage and Benefits: Wage dependent on experience and qualifications.

• entry level with little or no relevant education or experience in a similar work environment would start at $16.00 an hour.
• graveyard shifts get $1 differential pay
• $2 differential pay for employees who work weekend grave shifts.
