The ideal Graphic Designer should be a highly versatile Graphic Designer and an excellent communicator with a passion for great design and the ability to achieve it. He/She must have experience in design, production, and implementation for large high tech corporations. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for executing and delivering projects high quality sound design logic, common design practice and in line with design trends, as we well, on time and to on budget through effective management of time, people and process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design and develop compelling Supermicro executive presentations and other visual content; adapt existing materials marketing collateral and design new content marketing assets based on concepts email or messaged descriptions and explanations, sketches, vermal communication and storyboards
• Successfully interface with senior leaders to interpret and understand their needs, as well as translate that into effective comprehensive presentations and other creative materials assets that help enhance the our company brand image of the company and/or evangelize its our strategy
• Communicate the company's vision, strategic growth initiatives and other complex messages in a way that creates clarity, consistency and understanding among both internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with Program Management and support assigned events
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Associates degree in Graphic Design is preferred or equivalent working experience
• 1+ years related work experience preferred
• Computer hardware related product experience is a plus
• Software proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Flash Adobe Premier and Adobe After Effects is a plus
• HTML/Java/CSSWeb Design experience including (FIGMA) is a plus, but it's not required
• Attention to detail including typography, and style guides, extremely important
• Good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain smoothly functioning relationships across the company
• Consultative, service-oriented mindset
• Team player with excellent listening skills and diplomacy
• Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Salary Range
$65,000 - $118,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
