SUMMARY
The Graphic Design Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the creative conceptualization and execution of brand and product campaign materials. This includes crafting graphic, photographic, and video assets for deployment across all channels, including retail (print), and digital (social media platforms). The role will strategically combine design elements to develop aesthetically appealing layouts, advertisements, logos, and more for the Hollywood Hustler brand. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing and will work collaboratively with the other members of the HUSTLER Hollywood Marketing team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design:
- Create and oversee the development of a range of branded materials, including: Retail Windows, Retail Signage, Event Materials, Ads, Print Pieces, and Packaging Materials
- Design creative and execute production files that are detailed, to scale, and production-ready
- Ensure consistency of the Hustler Hollywood’s brand aesthetic
- Help drive all brand and seasonal strategies & initiatives across retail and social media
- Partner with Visual Manager to execute seasonal/monthly window directives that tie with our overall marketing campaign
- Visit store locations frequently to determine the most appropriate marketing initiatives based on demographics to drive sales and traffic
- Keep project goals at the forefront of design work
- Work well under pressure of tight deadlines and changing demands
- Continue to evolve and develop skills and technique through research of current trends
- Other duties as assigned
Content Creation:
- Assist the Social Media Marketing Manager in developing digital video and photo content for campaigns and product launches that’s based on analytical findings and overall engagement
- Create supplementary/ secondary content using in house resources, and covering additional activities (i.e., store events, photoshoots, openings, and more)
- Assist with coordination and execution of content creation, photo shoots, video, and other media
- Study trending audio and visuals that are trending or viral across various social media platforms
- Work within specified advertising/marketing budgets and consistently reevaluate to determine additional savings opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience with at least 1 of those years focused on retail (brick and mortar) businesses (i.e. crafting marketing messages, creating quality marketing collateral, and social media marketing)
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects at different points in their lifecycles
- Excellent communication skills: demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business leaders at all levels
- Proficient in planning and organizing – forward-thinking to establish an efficient and appropriate course of action in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible with change and help manage change
- Must be ambitious, driven to succeed and possess a passion for the business
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and take direction well, as an integral member of a tight-knit team
SKILLS
- A passion for art and design
- Experience working for a Lifestyle, Beauty, or Fashion company, with particular interest in Impact-driven brands
- Strong organizational skills and high degree of comfort in Production
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch software
- Efficiency in retouching and creating GIFs
