Job Title: Graphic Designer

The ABUS USA headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer for its marketing department. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visuals that not only bring our brand to life, you'll also flex your creative side in creating new marketing materials that further showcase the ABUS brand.
The ideal candidate will be a team-player who is innovative in their approach. Being imaginative, a trailblazer, and a true partner to both internal and external contacts will be key. This candidate will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Essential Duties:
- Develop and design visual assets for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email newsletters, digital ads, print materials, and more
- Create branded materials such as logos, brochures, business cards, and presentations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute a cohesive visual identity across all marketing channels
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains fresh and innovative
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on deadline
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers to produce finished materials
- Assist with photography and video production as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work and styles
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
