Purpose of Position:
Our team is expanding! We strongly believe that graphic design is an effective way to communicate a story that can capture, educate, and motivate the audience. We are currently seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who can transform ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs for both print and digital media. This Graphic Designer will have the chance to collaborate with different teams within the company and work on exciting projects that promote our brand across various digital and print media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design product packaging the not only showcases the product effectively but also aligns with the brand’s visual identity.
- Design various marketing materials such as brochures, adverts and promotional materials that clearly communicate the product’s features and benefits to potential customers.
- Develop custom illustrations and info graphics to convey complex product information or concepts in a visually engaging manner.
- Edit video content to enhance the Avon Protection / Team Wendy multimedia library.
- Creating and optimizing visuals for product’s website, digital ads and social media content
- Preparing print ready materials for packaging, promotional materials and other print ready assets, ensuring they meet quality and branding standards.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Ensure designs maintain consistency and retain brand identity.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficient in graphic design software: Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Creative and Artistic Ability: Strong creative skills are essential for conceptualizing and creating new designs.
- Proficient in both digital (web, social media) and print (brochures, adverts) design
- Self-motivated and result-orientated with a passion for staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects to demonstrate skills and capability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro
