We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer, Apparel & Gear, who will create original graphic designs for multiple product categories under the EvoShield brand.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Designs graphics for in-house apparel and accessories; communicates/presents original designs to internal and external audiences.
- Develops production-ready design elements for product development.
- Ensures that designs follow the execution of product details like color, form, style, etc.
- Collaborates with a cross-functional team to ensure the feasibility of designs, meeting price points, merchandising needs, and product development timelines.
- Research trends, color, technologies, etc. and translate this information into graphic designs while maintaining brand identity.
- Manages departmental reporting, including visual merchandising line plans.
- Other duties as assigned.
This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, Fine Arts, Illustration, or related area. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of minimum of 2 years of experience working in graphic design for apparel.
Other qualifications include:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Strong design skills including drawing/sketching, typography, color theory, texture and visual presentation.
- Demonstrated project coordination experience; strong follow up to keep others on task.
- Ability to work independently, and also to be a team player.
- Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced work environment.
