Graphic Designer

The Gove Group Real Estate is a family-owned, ever-growing local real estate agency in Stratham, NH, specializing in new construction homes and communities.

We’re looking for an energetic and detail-focused Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. The Graphic Designer will work across a variety of channels, maintaining our company branding and collateral as well as conceptualizing and executing branding for each of our new home communities. Responsibilities

• Develop branding for new home communities, including logos, marketing collateral, websites, and more.
• Design a wide range of signage from temporary and permanent entrance signs to lot markers, directional signs, for sale and open house signs, and more.
• Design marketing collateral including print advertising, flyers, digital media, and more.
• Shoot and edit photo and video content of homes and communities
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Constantly push the envelope with new ideas, designs and concepts to elevate the look and feel of each project

Qualifications

• Graphic design experience with proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom
• Web design experience using Wix or WordPress (or similar)
• Ability to effectively work under pressure and with deadlines
• Ability to multitask and problem solve
• Project management
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
• Photography and video skills preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
