Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at MPI®, you will be at the forefront of our creative endeavors. From concept ideation to final execution, you'll have the opportunity to help shape our brand identity and contribute to the success of our organization.

Please note that this position is a full-time role that requires onsite presence. We believe that being part of our office environment is integral to the collaborative nature of our work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Create visually appealing graphics, including charts, graphs, illustrations, and logos, using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, to enhance our webinar presentations.
• Develop eye-catching social media ads for scheduled posts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the media team to identify and implement innovative graphic and video solutions that align with our business objectives.
• Compress and prepare graphics for a variety of uses, optimizing them for different social media platforms and formats.
• Design graphics and assets for live event production, incorporating animated lower thirds, transitions, and other elements.
• Provide support during live broadcasts, troubleshooting issues, adapting quickly, and maintaining composure in a fast-paced live broadcast environment.
• Set up streams using OBS Studio and manage streams and cameras during live events and webinars.
• Monitor and record engagement metrics for influencer partners from TextHub.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging TikTok videos as needed.
• Edit and post videos on various social media platforms to maximize reach and impact.
• Assist in special projects and/or other duties as assigned by management

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Proven experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva to create compelling graphics and designs.
• Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms, including YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, to effectively communicate our brand's message.
• The ability to troubleshoot technical issues, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and remain composed under pressure during live broadcasts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure graphics and videos are of the highest quality.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software
