ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be the visual storyteller, creating compelling and on-brand assets and materials for projects and campaigns across businesses in different states and countries. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, digital marketers, programmers, videographers, photographers, and an incredible existing team of exceptional designers whom you can learn from, teach, and grow with. We need your best work! We need real creativity and innovative thinking. We need you to be an expert at your craft with a burning desire to get even better.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Embody an exceptional level of motivation, desire, customer-driven focus, time management skills, and a healthy level of competitiveness.
● Craft and refine unique art tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
● Assist in creating on-brand design materials, covering digital and print collateral, social media graphics, presentations, mockups, and more, while supporting general graphic design efforts.
● Play a key role in customer communications – presentations, art changes, direction, and executing customers' visions, as directed.
● Maintain high-quality standards for all creative deliverables.
● Edit and update customer graphics as needed.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.

● Provide regular project status updates to management and team members.
● Identify areas for process improvement and champion best practices.
● Stay updated on marketing trends and industry developments.
● Organize and maintain design files, ensuring version control and easy accessibility for team members.

REQUIREMENTS:
● 7+ years of design experience.
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field of study is a plus, but not mandatory.
● Proficient with industry-standard design software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
● Proven experience in graphic design or related roles.
● Strong understanding of design and creative processes.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
● A keen eye for detail and great taste.
● A focus on quality and productivity.
● Bonus points if you have experience in animation, 3D modeling, photography, video editing, or other areas related to design work. Don’t be shy, tap in and let us know what skills you have!

This is a full-time role based in Miami Beach, FL. Candidates must live in South Florida, and be available to report to the office regularly. We permit hybrid schedules with the ability to work remotely several days per week if desired.
