GRAPHIC DESIGNER POSITION SUMMARY:

Trumark companies is seeking a highly motivated and creative Graphic Designer for one of the leading home building brands, Trumark Homes. In this role, as part of the in-house Brand Marketing team, you will collaborate, concept big ideas, and execute projects ranging from brand development, advertising campaigns, print, video presentation, digital design, and more. We are passionate about providing a best-in-class customer experience, and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve that goal.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker; a proven project manager; a clear, compelling communicator; and a great relationship builder. This role will report to the Corporate Vice President of Marketing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO ACCOMPLISH SALES AND MARKETING OBJECTIVES:
- Create and inspire work that meets strategic marketing objectives and clear point of view that aligns to the Trumark Companies brands.
- Develop concepts and produce design work with a solid understanding of layout, composition, and typography.
- Work directly with internal clients to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Constantly push the envelope by promoting progressive thinking and innovation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintains compliance with fair housing, payment disclaimers, and brand standards for Trumark Homes/Companies.
- Complete all other duties assigned by the manager.
- Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment.
- Adhere to promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Trumark Companies.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- A bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- 2+ years of agency or in-house creative experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Strong organization skills and highly detail oriented
- Knowledge of HTML, video editing, and animation is a bonus
- Strong portfolio that showcases your creativity and skills
