Agency VA enables insurance agencies to put their service on autopilot. We are a profitable company that is moving to grow rapidly over the next year. We employ Virtual Assistants to optimize and assist insurance agencies nationwide. We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with Graphic Design experience. This particular position will require the candidate to work on several marketing and social media projects. Please read carefully the duties and requirements below:
Duties:
· Use design software to complete projects
· Learning new software to remain up-to-date with current trends
· Make sure branding is consistent, clear and impactful
· Must be very creative when producing content
· Helping make design choices, such as fonts and colors, for content
· Ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices
· Adaptable and flexible with the critique given from upper management
· Good at using multiple computer programs to create and edit images
Requirements:
· Associate degree in any subject area or equivalent experience
· 2 years of experience preferred
· Experience with Adobe and Canva software
· Experience with Social Media marketing(Facebook mostly) and digital media
· Business development is a plus but not required
· Bi-lingual(Spanish and English)
This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote(subject to change and negotiable depending on demand). Our offices are located in Aguada and Guaynabo. This is a full-time position with ideal hours of 9:30-6 eastern but this will depend on needs and demand also.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
