Graphic Design Intern

Hoffmaster Group Inc is looking an intern to support our Design Team for Summer 2024. This is an onsite paid internship based in Indianapolis. The Graphic Design Intern will focus on projects working among our Walmart, Grocery, Mass Specialty and Dollar programs.

• Follow products through our complete design process from Trend research, design concept, review, to pre-press and go-live. They will have the opportunity to see the full design process and engage in each step.
• Exposure to mockups, and product image needs.
• Assist with Store Shops and trend research helping to organize and support our design presentation process.

This would be an invaluable opportunity to any intern to design among great talent and have real time critical work experience.
Requirements:

• Excellent abilities to prioritize and handle multiple projects
• Ability to recognize improvement opportunities
• High level of interpersonal, written, verbal communication/ influence skills, excellent presentation skills
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision and direction
• Ability to deliver effective presentations
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well on a team
• Proven skill in projecting confidence, working collaboratively and engendering trust
• Working towards Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or related degree. Jr. or Sr. preferred.

• Full time employment- Internships and projects are designed to last 10 weeks over the summer. Hours will be Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm and pay starts at $18 / hour.
