- Provide motivation, mentorship, and expertise, researching new methods as needed.
- Monitor and ensure integrity of all projects in regards to viability, originality, quality, and adherence to project requirements and Department/Corporate Brand Standards.
- Negotiate and establish realistic expectations for resources, goals, and project timelines.
- Provide art direction and feedback to team members effectively and positively.
Job Description - Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required
- 1 or more years of comparable work experience required
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Proficient Mac skills
