The Graphic Design Coordinator associate supports the Creative Director by ensuring that the Highmark brand is effectively and consistently reaching and connecting Highmark clients, associates and residents through the use of design, marketing, promotion and brand-focused implementation of marketing strategies.

Essential Functions Include (but are not limited to):
- Assist Marketing leadership in building and maintaining a vibrant brand supporting the culture of Highmark Residential through associated projects.
- Oversee onboarding of community brand elements to national online Digital Asset Management storage platform (Media Valet) which includes photos, logos, video, floorplans, Matterport tours, etc.
- Refresh or recreate property branding elements as requested by the Creative Director which can include but is not limited to logos, signage, virtual tours, floor plans, etc.
- Oversee brand-related national ordering processes (such as print collateral) for order accuracy
- Work closely with national marketing team on any other graphics-related needs (such as t-shirt design, company presentations, etc)
- Review community websites for brand quality control
- Support all company social media efforts in terms of template creation, including support content management for corporate social media channels.
- Maintain Canva user-friendly brand templates for Highmark associates to use such as social media post shells, leasing office flyers, etc.
- Drive brand consistency and synergy across all regions for quality control
- Support regional and onsite teams to use latest marketing collateral (digital, print, etc)
- Partner with other marketing team members to update and oversee any corporate forward-facing assets such as the Highmark corporate website, social media, etc from a brand perspective
- Oversee company online store (i.e. OnSale Promos)
- Support national event planning in partnership with other national marketing team.
- Support the deployment of company culture campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain any other national platforms such as Lytho under direction of the Creative Director.
- Assist Digital Marketing Support team as available when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field required.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom), with the ability to create visually compelling graphics and layouts.
- Must have a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including but not limited to print collateral, digital assets, branding materials, and promotional content, to demonstrate creativity and design proficiency.
- Must be proficient in creative project development and management and should demonstrate professional conduct, appearance, communication, positive change agent, ethical decision making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Google platform including Google Analytics, AdWords, and Business is a plus.

- A year of multifamily experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must have valid driver's license.
