Graphic Artist (3Rd Shift)

The Graphic Artist will be tasked to assist clients with graphic art designs for any of our approved promotional products within the Production department. In this role, you will be directly responsible for resolving all art related inquiries or issues within the Production Art Department via phone and email. You will also receive training in the processing of orders to setup for printing.

• Responsible for making sure customer design specifications are met with quality and done in a timely manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to learn all required information pertaining to all the print methods offered by the company.
• Ability to work with other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain quality output of customer proofs and adhere to company Art Standards per Print Method.
• Report identified quality errors of peers (Internal and Offshore) to department management for process improvement coaching.
• Make necessary art corrections for identified errors and/or quality issues.
• Ability to re-arrange customer provided Artwork and layouts along with making suggestions for those files that do not meet our required Art Standards to obtain a quality imprint, deterring orders from cancellation.
• Ability to multi-task and to solve art related issues and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks.
• Ability to manage art related bins and keep volumes as low as possible.
• Ability to manage the Greek Order process to ensure all orders are submitted in a timely manner and to ensure all guidelines are being followed for a 3rd party partner.
• Perform all other duties and or projects as assigned by a supervisor or manager.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Time Management Skills and Self-Motivation.
• Knowledge with RGB and/or CMYK color separations is preferable.
• High School Education or Equivalency Required, College Degree Preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual fluent in English and Spanish language.

• 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Artist or of similar scope.
