Graphic Artist - Wanted full time in Hollywood, FL / (IN HOUSE ONLY, FROM HOLLYWOOD SHOWROOM)
We are a Lighting manufacturer in Miami. We are a lighting retailer, designer & manufacturer for custom chandeliers.
Work in our new hip showroom located in Downtown Hollywood with modern lighting. We want someone that is looking to grow, enthusiastic, full of energy, coordinated, productive, well presented and knows his web skills.
Will be a creative, self-motivated individual with a keen visual sense and passion for good design. The designer will work with multi-disciplinary teams, which will involve observing, listening, researching and brainstorming. The designer will experience the innovation process of projects in many different mediums, and it is the designer's role to communicate ideas in the form of presentations, web media, print media and prototypes. Ideas will be communicated clearly and effectively, verbally and visually, internally as well as externally with attention to detail. Must have the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

· We build the chandeliers custom according to the customer’s space; this means that all our chandeliers are 100% customizable.
· All our designs are made with our top in house lighting designers.
Job Brief:
We are seeking a Graphic Artist - Designer full time to join our team. This job requires you to interact on the phone or in person with interior designers, architects, home builders, people of the trade & potential clients that require help designing, creating, and buying a chandelier for their space, writing up orders & helping with design. You will market our product mainly online, phone, resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Your Adobe Creative skill includes drawings, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe dimensions 3D, photography, some SEO, digital marketing & web designer skill is number 1 priority. We work with the WIX platform for Web, which is easy to maneuver.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Work on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dimensions, Premier pro software
- Designing chandeliers for customers. Using software’s from Adobe & Autodesk (we will teach)
- Introducing our designs to customers entering the showroom
- Drawing sketches & Vector drawings of chandeleirs for clients on Adobe illustrator
- Using photoshop with it full features. (Must be knowledgeable)
- Calling interior designers & clients to introduce our collection
- Graphic design & drawings knowledge
- Prospect and contact potential customers, interior designers, architects by phone
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Market the product on all social media & 3rd party platforms.
- Promote our product
- Create ads, keywords, marketing
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers, graphic design & more
- SEO efficient
- Update company website & market with online platforms
- Prospect and contact potential customers, interior designers, architects by phone
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

- Welcoming & selling to customers entering our showroom

Money Talk
- Salary job will be paid on a Bi-weekly basis by direct deposit through ADP.
- Full time job
- Starting Salary is $700 per week. ($17.50 HR)
- Benefits: Paid National & Jewish Holidays after 90 days with the company
- Benefits: 2 x paid sick days per year after 1 year with the company
- Benefits: Total of 7 PTO days after the first year of work + Holiday pay.
- Benefits: Total of 13 PTO days the second year of work + Holiday pay.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in social media, increase sales, customer service, or other related fields communicating with customers.
- Some interior designs experience a plus
- On phone & face to face design & some sales experience
- CAD is a plus.
- Adobe Dimensions3D software (easy software to learn)
- Adobe Illustrator must have high experience.
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe photoshop must have high experience.
- Adobe creative suite software’s
- 3D max or any 3D software’s a plus
- Constant contact
- Previous experience in social media, increase sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Agora Pulse, Buffer, Hootsuite social media platforms a plus
- Running ads, optimization, blogs, chats, building communities, social share buttons, influencers,
- Drawing Efficiently with Adobe creative suite software products like Illustrator, photoshop, 3D max or 3D software’s
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint.
