Job description

Summary: Native American Community Clinic is seeking a specialist to assistant our grants management activities and to be responsible for key administrative tasks.

Duties + Responsibilities

· Responsible for supporting the organization in writing new grants and managing our existing grant portfolio— coordinates the efforts of the program, finance, and administrative teams to ensure organizational clarity around applications, deliverables, and budgets

· Organizes and maintains electronic and paper files of grant documents and resources

· Gathers relevant information from program staff and assists with data entry and coding in finance software

· Supports program teams, operations and finance in establishing newly awarded grants, including; hiring support, staff onboarding, and administrative setup

· Assists with producing reports including grant ledgers, spend down, and other reports as needed for the Board, senior management, and program teams

· Manages grant deadlines and progress across the NACC team to ensure that objectives are achieved, and funds are tracked and spent in accordance with grant budgets

· Supports NACC staff with administrative tasks related to compliance, reporting, generating grant documents, and communicating with grantors

· Works with Grants Manager to enhance and improve grants management processes and increase efficiencies

· Assists with website updates, promotional materials, press releases, social media, and report production

· Coordinates and sets up meetings and conference calls, assists with event set‐up, and maintains the grants calendar

· Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· 1-2 years experience as a coordinator or administrative assistant. Experience with grants management preferred

· Computer skills: Accounting Software (Sage), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
