Your Goal:
This position is responsible for the grant accounting and support of financial operations of Greater Family Health.
How You'll Help Patients:
- Timely and accurate entry of grant financial data into all the modules of the accounting system
- Record grant revenues and expenses in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Greater Family Health Policies and Procedures
- Ensures compliance with all federal cost principals for grant related expenses
- Ensures compliance with federal procurement standards
- Ensures grant funded equipment is properly numbered, labeled and inventoried
- Maintains schedule of due dates for all reports
- Generates timely and accurate grant/program reports as required by the funder
- Generates timely and accurate grant vouchers/invoices as required by the funder
- Coordinate the completion of cash drawdowns from the Federal Payment Management System
- Assists in the preparation of accurate Uniform Data System (UDS) report, Federal Financial Report (FFR), and other regulatory reports as necessary

What You'll Need:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Prior grant accounting experience highly preferred.
- Excellent writing skills and communication skills.
- Knowledge of accounting and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Working knowledge of PC-based and automated accounting systems and electronic spreadsheets.
The salary for this role is between $62,700-$75,000+ and potentially more based on education/years of experience.
