Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Communications, Journalism, Liberal Arts, or related field
- Experience in the behavioral health services industry preferred
- Experience with federal, state, and/or local grant funding preferred: Writing and submitting applications and reports
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to work concurrently on a variety of tasks/projects
Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities related to grants to ensure grant deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Write compelling grant applications/renewals and reports.
- Upon award of funding, collaborate with relevant departments, such as Finance, HR, PI, and Operations, to ensure grant deliverables are in place.
- Utilizing the grant tracking database, maintain documentation of application/renewal submissions and follow up task tracking to meet grant deadlines.
- Gather outcomes data from Operations and PI; analyze and perform calculations to aggregate and prepare data for reporting in compliance with funding agreements and contracts.
- Review databases and funding announcements for grant opportunities.
- Serve as a member of the team, provide backup to other team members, and participate in all team meetings, duties, and activities as assigned.
- Exhibits actions and makes decisions that align with the Rosecrance Code of Conduct and within the framework of the law.
- Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values, and expectations of Rosecrance.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills that incorporate the 5 tenets of the Rosecrance Way into daily practices and interactions with all stakeholders.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts
- Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Monday - Friday
Work Location: Hybrid work available after training period. Must be located within commutable distance of a Rosecrance office (Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin)
