Family Law Attorney

Seeking to add a Family Law Attorney for our established law firm near downtown Salem. Applicants with and without legal experience may be considered for the position. Applicants must be members of the Oregon State Bar or must have recently passed the bar exam. (We are not currently able to assist applicants who desire to become licensed through the SPPE program). Our Family Law Attorneys practice primarily in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties.
Starting salary depends mostly on relevant experience and could be higher than listed here. Generous, specific, attainable, monthly performance bonuses are also offered. 401k participation and matching, flexible paid time off, and paid employee health insurance benefits are included after the applicable waiting periods. Pro-rated PLF fees and bar dues are included.
You will receive regular training and mentoring from an experienced Family Law Attorney. You can anticipate managing your own cases very soon, with guidance by our Family Law Attorneys and help from our experienced Family Law staff.

This is a full-time, in-office position but the office is closed Friday afternoons to allow our employees to enjoy a bit more of the weekend, if desired.
