Responsibilities Develop a marketing strategy for the recruitment of online and on-campus graduate students for six master’s programs and seven majors within the doctoral program.Daily management of fiscal-year plan for graduate marketing, which includes researching and communicating marketing opportunities; creating and monitoring expenditure requests according to budget; content creation; coordinating graphic design requests; developing marketing pieces; monitoring marketing analytics and communicating results; and managing outside vendor contracts.Execute messaging of Graduate Programs through marketing channels such as email campaigns, social media campaigns, print/digital advertising, printed materials, web content and editorial content.Manage and monitor web interest form responses.Maintain ongoing working skills/knowledge for the following applications: Salesforce, Slate, OBI reports; SUS search system, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, along with staying up-to-date on all digital platforms and their best use for marketing the college’s programs.Handle any special projects assigned by supervisor or deans.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree and two years of experience or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to meet project deadlines.
Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.
Knowledge of current media technology and trends.
Knowledge of journalism ethics, rules, and procedures.
Knowledge of applicable computer applications and basic computer functions.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
