Halff has an open position for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Public Works team in our Lubbock, TX office. This position is for a December 2023/May 2024 graduate in General Civil Engineering interested in working on Public Works Projects.

- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering
- Passed FE exam or will within 6 months
- Up to 1 years of experience on Public Works projects preferred
- Microstation experience; Geopak/OpenRoads 3D or AutoCAD, Civil 3D training is a plus.
