The Opportunity
- Preparing and developing drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the design
- Producing architectural designs and/or work with other designers to develop designs using relevant architectural software including Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Grasshopper, MicroStation and / or Autocad are a bonus)
- Project and team administration duties
- Visualization and rendering skills
- Producing project related correspondence and reports
- Working directly with architectural colleagues and other professionals
- Co-ordinating work with other disciplines
- Coding and programming skills are bonus

Qualifications:
- Completed a professional degree program in architecture (i.e., M.Arch. or B.Arch.) from an accredited school of architecture.
- Working towards professional licensure as an Architect with a Canadian or US architectural association (i.e., NCARB, OAA,OAQ).
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA or higher preferred.

- Candidate must be eligible to work in US without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future.

New York City Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in New York City, NY is $74,000 to $81,000 per year. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of New York City, NY will differ.
