- Operate Heavy Equipment, including but not limited to Rubber Tire Loaders, Excavators, MiniExcavator, Scrapers, Skid-Steers, Track Loaders, Blades, Rock Truck, Grading Experience, Earthwork, Excavation, and Dirt moving.
- Utilize Heavy Equipment for demolition and excavation work, such as building removal and digging subterranean structures or basins.
- Process concrete for loading and disposal.
- Perform machine inspections and maintenance at the beginning and end of each workday.
- Collaborate closely with the Grading Foreman or Project Manager to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
- Work Smart and Safe
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable form of transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating Excavators for demolition and excavation work.
- Proficiency in grading/earthwork understanding and processing.
- Familiarity with earthmoving equipment, such as Rock Trucks, is a plus.
- Monday - Friday - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Potential for 4x10-hour workweeks)
- Overtime: Occasional weekends or 5x10-hour workweeks may be required.
- Company vehicle and mileage reimbursement potential after 90 days of employment.
