Your Growth Opportunity- Manage, community engagement, public information and public involvement projects.
- Conduct strategic planning and other planning and facilitation opportunities internally and externally.
- Lead agency coordination with project teams and clients.
- Prepare content for internal and external communications.
- Plan, write, and edit content and ensure it is clear, compelling, and properly distributed across web, mobile, and social platforms.
- Write for a variety of content, including public involvement plans, communications materials and website content, press releases, speaking points, program reports, etc.
- Develop high-quality, professional grant application packages that meet client expectations.
- Monitor, analyze, and synthesize legislation at the state and federal level.
- Analyze project competitiveness with grant programs and communicate effectively with project teams and clients.
- Prepare reports regularly for senior management regarding Government Relations operations.
- Participate in and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and clients.
- Utilize effective written and oral communication .
- Write for a variety of content, including public involvement plans, communications materials and website content, press releases, speaking points, program reports, etc.
- Prepare content for internal and external communications.
- Develop high-quality, professional grant application packages that meet client expectations.
- Analyze project competitiveness with grant programs and communicate effectively with project teams and clients.
- A four-year degree in communications, political science, English, marketing, or business, and/or applicable experience in related field is required.
Preferences:
- Comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal legislation is highly desired
- Experience in grant writing and Funding resources for for client planning and infrastructure construction projects

This position is expected to pay between $70,000 - $88,000 per year depending on applicable experience and location.
