We are seeking a Government Furnished Property (GFP) Program Analystto provide support to the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program (PMA 262) in Patuxent River, Maryland. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties and possess the following education and experience:
Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the GFP Team in initiating and/ or reviewing Procurement documentation and processes orders through Production initiation Documents (PIDS), Military Standard Requesting & Issue Procedures (MILSTRIPs), Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) Contract Statements of Work (SOW) for the procurement of GFM for the Production, Rework and Modifications Lines
- Provides Planning, Requirements, and Tracking Support of GFP for both the MQ-4C Triton UAS and ground segment
- Interacts with Program Office IPT POCs in response to specific GFP issues to reduce risk to production line work stops
- Provides updates to the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) and assists the Government Furnished Property Manager in validating and verifying GFP for Program Office Contracts Team
- Develop the Contractual GFP lists for all program contracts
- Keeps WAWF GFP Attachments current within Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)
- Provide updates to the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT)
- Review and provide validity to the Vendor GFP Lists as it compares to the WAWF Attachments pertaining to GFP
- Updates and maintains the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with Vendor GE Inventory information for PMA-262
- Assist the NAVSUP Liaison in processing 221 Q Goods Issue of Project Stock in NERP
Experience: Three to ten years of experience
Education: BA/BS or allowable substitutions
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An Associate's Degree plus two (2) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Four (4) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
