Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Reviewing, editing, composing, and interpreting contracts and agreements, including but not limited to Government Contracts, Modifications, BOAs, Purchase Orders, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, Memorandum of Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Technical Assistance Agreements, Manufacturing License Agreements
· Thoroughly reviewing contractual documents for requirements, accuracy, acceptability, executability, and legal and administrative sufficiency.
· Performing contract administration tasks including: changes; GFP/IP reporting; coordinating deliveries; monitoring funding and expenditures; facilitating invoicing; contract closeout; and issue/dispute resolution
· Leading complex special assignments and projects within Contracts
· Training
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience on all contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M, etc.)
Minimum 5 Years experience
Working knowledge and application of the FAR and DFAR
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task; organize and prioritize multiple on-going projects
Excellent computer skills with experience with all Microsoft Office Suite applications
Pay is based on experience
