Responsibilities
Primary essential functions for this position include, but are not limited to:
- *Greet golf course guests entering the pro shop *Set up tee times and collect greens fees or cart fees *Restock merchandise as necessary *Handle sales transactions according to established guidelines *Upsell or suggestion sell merchandise to golfers *Open / Close pro shop according to established procedures *Maintain an accurate cash bank at all times and deposits money as established *Answer pro shop telephone in a professional manner *Clean around Golf Shop, golf course and driving range *Assist with set up and operation of golf outings and tournaments *During slow periods helps to maintain the pro shop merchandise area, restrooms, etc. *Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner *Monitor inventory levels and report back to manager
