Golf Shop Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the shop. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing shop floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Perform inventory checks and assist with ordering merchandise as needed
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering calls
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of technology sales or wireless sales is a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
