Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. - Provide leadership and guidance to club staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management. - Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Manage club facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health regulations. - Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. - Plan and coordinate club events, including social gatherings, fitness classes, and tournaments. - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records. - Prepare reports on club activities, attendance, and financial performance. Experience: - Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with members, staff, and vendors. - Proven experience in managing a team and supervising staff members. - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for club members. - Knowledge of event management principles and experience in organizing successful events. - Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial reporting. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
