Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Video Services Marketing Organization is seeking a strategic and innovative leader to fill the role of GM, Integrated Marketing & Planningon the Go-To-Market team. This pivotal position requires an experienced marketing professional capable of driving Integrated Marketing initiatives for the dynamic and evolving DISH and Sling TV brands. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, hands-on execution capabilities, and a proven track record of successful Integrated Marketing campaigns within the telecommunications or related industry. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can seamlessly blend traditional and digital marketing channels to create cohesive campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partners with heads of Brand, Acquisition, and retention to lead the planning, management, execution and reporting of Integrated Marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive demand/conversion/upsell for DISH and Sling TV
  • Oversees the marketing campaign planning process and strategy development across Video Services Marketing
  • Collaborates with Channel Leads, Tactic Owners, and Media Planners to define full-funnel strategies
  • Ensures integrated campaigns & initiatives align with 3-yr brand plans, 1-yr brand strategies, and product roadmap
  • Provides leadership and oversight of portfolio marketing programs, including offer pipeline and bundle offerings, including wireless and internet products
  • Works alongside Brand, GTM Creative, and Agency teams to develop strategic creative briefs that generate best-in-class creative work
  • Develop and lead the implementation of Integrated Marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing channels, including but not limited to print, broadcast, digital media (OLV, paid social, programmatic display, paid search, eCommerce, and organic), content marketing, and retailer/co-branded/partner channels
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all sales channels and tactics
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement tracking mechanisms to gauge campaign success
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
  • Maintains oversight of creative agency resources, including internal agency

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven success in developing and executing Integrated Marketing campaigns that have positively impacted business outcomes
  • Proven success working directly with creative agencies to brief, develop, and deliver compelling work that meets business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, anticipate future trends, and develop marketing strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Salary Range
Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
