As A Global Integrated Marketing Manager, You Will:
- Lead and develop Integrated Marketing strategies, programs, and activities to drive business results.
- Architect and execute go-to-market strategies for new products/features.
- Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns to generate high market impact.
- Lead product launch planning and message creation by working with key stakeholders including outside agencies as needed.
- Create and execute customer-focused messaging based on product and solution differentiators, audience personas and buyer's journey for target segments.
- Lead the development of customer facing materials and provide sales channel with relevant tools.
- Analyse Integrated Marketing performance, measure & communicate results and drive continuous improvement.
- Understand and articulate the key brand message for product lines.
- Serve as Emerson's brand steward by planning and executing strategies designed to strengthen Emerson brand position and increase sales of Emerson products and services.
- Lead the effort to gather segment specific market intelligence on products, customers, or competitors.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in line with product management objectives.
- Steer and coordinate the execution of cross functional projects involving Product Management, Global Education, and Digital Customer Experience teams, as appropriate.
- Foster a collaborative, integrated working relationships across key stakeholders to jointly achieve business strategy and growth.
- Lead the strategic planning process, developing Integrated Marketing strategies, and priorities.
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 8 years of marketing experience
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:
- Experience in B2B marketing of a technical product portfolio a plus
