RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for setting the strategic direction to continually improve the Reliability and Integrity of Gathering and Processing (G&P) assets; includes pipelines and fixed/rotating equipment. Lead the development, implementation and management of the Reliability programs that drive improvement in Mechanical/Facility Availability and Sustainability as cost efficiently as possible; includes identifying the optimal tasks and frequencies to perform maintenance. Responsible for setting the strategic direction and executing the Mechanical Integrity programs that comply with 29 CFR 1910(J) [OSHA Process Safety Management] and 40 CFR 68.73 [EPA Risk Management Program] regulations. Responsible for setting the strategic direction and executing the Pipeline Integrity Management programs that comply with 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195 [Integrity Management Program for gas and hazardous liquid pipelines]. Responsible for the system wide risk management of G&P pipeline assets to minimize potential internal and external corrosion damage and related consequences. Owns the implementation and execution of the G&P Work Management Program to drive strong reliability of G&P assets and resource capacity utilization. Provide Reliability Analytics to drive improvements in Mechanical/Facility Availability; Develop and implement predictive analytical tools to increase reliability, decrease emissions and improve cost efficiency.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in engineering (i.e. mechanical, chemical, metallurgy) or equivalent technical degree is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional and management experience in Integrity and Reliability in the Oil and Gas industry is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years prior leadership required, experience leading a mid-size organization with geographical diversity preferred
  • A seasoned leader with a track record of developing teams, creating culture of inclusion, and driving organizational change.
