The Global Transition Lead, Global Finance Operations Transformation will be responsible for developing the overall implementation plans for various projects supporting the GFO team in partnership with the Program Lead and other key stakeholders, and managing the execution of the plan, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.

Mexico AP Transition:
Development of the overall Implementation Plan for the new scope work for Mexico AP Transition starting in February 2024; working in close partnership with the VP, Program Lead and other key stakeholders, including the BPO partner and BU stakeholders
Partner with the BU stakeholders and other key stakeholders on the implementation planning activities, including Detailed Scoping of Activities to be transferred, Timing and Knowledge Transfer planning, IT set up and provisioning, GFO/BPO onboarding
Overall oversight and management of implementations, including Implementation BU Kick off sessions, Work Shadowing and Knowledge Transfer, Documentation Development, Handover Readiness Assessments and Issue/Risk management

Bridger Completeness Project Wave 2 & 3
Execute the Project plan for Bridger Completeness Project Waves 2 & 3
Overall oversight and management of the Kick off sessions, individual BU status meetings and working sessions, track test results for each Company Code, Handover Readiness and Issue/Risk management
Time zone support required: US PST (Pacific time)
Ad Sales Digital Billing
Execute the Project plan for Local and National Digital Billing Ad Sales areas
Overall oversight and management of the weekly status meetings and bi-weekly Executive update meetings, Issue/Risk management, ensure stakeholders are aligned on future roadmap and coordinate working sessions to align on expansion of project plan
Time zone support required: US EST (Eastern time)
AP Integrated Plan
Overall oversight and management of the open areas on the AP integrated Plan
Work closely with the AP Partnerships team and BPO team to drive areas to closure

Quals--
Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
Minimum 5 years of experience in program/project management role, ideally in the Finance Transformation area
Media Industry experience preferred
