The Global Marketing Operations team sits within the streaming organization and owns the asset management and global distribution of marketing assets supporting our global teams in APAC, EMEA and Latin America as well as our global licensees. As we continue to expand our portfolio globally, we're seeking a coordinator to support our growing international area of business.
Looking for candidates with marketing experience, savvy with technology, asset management, and client management. International experience is a bonus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager to execute the Global Marketing Operations strategy through oversight of asset management, timelines, and distribution of an assigned campaign.
- Act as a point of contact and communicate all campaign details to global teams as well as third-party licensees, studios, and international broadcasters.
- Partner with post-production contacts on versioning requirements for international - including managing deadlines, sourcing content, and distribution.
- Assist with gathering rights information (and additional metadata) for assigned campaigns and ensuring that information is successfully delivered alongside assets, including troubleshooting as required.
- Keep the internal & external marketing asset management libraries up to date and accurate, to ensure data integrity is at its highest (includes quality control of assets - e.g. video, graphics, artwork, production stills etc.).
- Communicate deadlines clearly and effectively on a daily basis across departments.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
- Administrative responsibilities such as scheduling meetings and taking notes, creating, or assisting with decks, and drafting communications for project stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant experience in the media landscape.
- Must have strong administrative, organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- Team player with experience managing high volume of projects and prioritizing complex schedules.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently across disciplines with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Must be effective under aggressive timelines and high-pressure situations.
- Solution-oriented with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude around problems and issues we identify daily.
- High integrity, honesty and accountability.
- Strong work ethic: self-motivated, excellent work quality, commitment and follow-through is a must.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
- Understanding of common Television and Digital formats, terminologies and practices is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Jira), file management software (e.g. Avid, Aspera, Signiant), and storage systems (e.g. Box, GDrive) is a plus.
- Knowledge of another language is a plus.
