Who You Are
We're looking for a proven Global Marketing Campaign Manager with a creative, data-centric approach to campaign strategy and a strong understanding of the marketing and sales funnel. Calm, consistent, and assertive, you are a detail-oriented project manager who also sees the bigger picture and can explain it in a way that motivates the cross-functional team.
You will partner with Portfolio Marketing to lead global strategy and execution for our key campaigns, ensuring alignment with personas, needs, corporate pillars and objectives, and funnel stage. You will create, manage, and optimize Marketing Campaigns to deliver scalable, predictable business value. You must have both strategic planning and hands-on experience in executing successful brand-to-demand campaigns that deliver against aggressive pipeline targets. Experience designing and optimizing Marketing Campaign processes or other project or program management success is a must.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate work from cross-functional teams (e.g., Creative, Web, Digital Marketing, Product Management, Marketing Operations, Channel Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Sales) to build and manage a fully integrated Marketing Campaign from inception through execution and optimization.
- Design and execute full-funnel Global Marketing Campaigns including definition of target market and personas, messaging, buyer's journey, content map, and media planning.
- Establish goals and KPIs for campaigns based on historical or projected results, and tie back actual performance and revenue impact.
- Orchestrate tactics, assets, and messages that align to business priorities and acquire/ engage target audience segments to achieve these goals.
- Track and report out results across the entire buyer's journey.
- Track database health and growth for key personas and know how and where to find the right titles at the right time with the right level of intent.
- Test and optimize messaging and assets.
- Partner with SMEs to design and implement email nurture programs, webinars, and virtual events to support mid-funnel marketing touch points.
- Partner closely with the International Marketing team to ensure global alignment and leverage where possible.
- Ensure timely deployment of initiatives, manage stakeholders, calendars, timelines, and campaign processes.
- Present campaign plan and messaging to CEO and other senior leaders, take in feedback, and manage any changes required while staying on schedule for launch.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years' experience leading successful global campaigns and/or demand generation programs with a B2B IT or IS organization.
- Experience marketing a SaaS product.
- Experience working cross functionally with key groups such as product management, portfolio marketing, field marketing, digital marketing, communications, sales, finance, partner marketing, etc.
- Prior experience in cross-sell marketing and/or lifecycle marketing is preferred.
- ABM experience is a plus.
- Startup experience is a plus.
- Must have an analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Must be a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Expert program and project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Proven comfort leading and influencing positive change.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $136,000 and $181,333/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
