What you will do:
We’re seeking a Global Internal Communications Partner to contribute to CyberArk’s Internal Communications team. This is a unique opportunity to apply your curiosity, internal reporter mindset and passion for storytelling to develop creative content that informs and engages colleagues around the world.

Key responsibilities:
- As an “internal reporter,” plan, write, develop and deliver high-quality content for employee communications vehicles and employee-facing campaigns
- Manage and develop our internal news site and internal communication vehicles
- Utilize our editorial calendar to plan content and ensure timely content delivery
- Partner with team members to develop social media content highlighting our employer brand
- Measure content effectiveness, finding new ways to drive engagement
How you will stand out from the crowd:
- 5+ years of relevant Internal Communications experience in a corporate environment
- High tech experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience developing engaging content for a global employee audience
- Excellent writing, communication, and multimedia skills
- Passion for storytelling
- Knowledge of organizational communications approaches
- Demonstrated experience with SharePoint and other communication platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively, build relationships and champion ideas in a global environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, meeting deadlines and objectives
- Ability to work in our Newton office in a hybrid role combining on site and remote work

The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $105,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
